USL Youth (Summer League)

Team Chicago Joins USL Youth League 

Summer 2025 - Tryouts April 11th (See below for times) 

Team Chicago is thrilled to kick off its first season in the USL Youth League, offering players a competitive environment to train and play throughout June and July. For our 1st year Team Chicago will have 8 teams across the age groups, with the 2015 & Older teams having the opportunity to qualify for the USL Youth National Championships, held each December in Tampa, Florida.

A unique feature of this program is that it welcomes both Team Chicago players & players from other clubs—there is no long-term commitment required. Participants will train twice a week from mid-June through late July and compete in 6-8 league matches, with each team’s final schedule varying slightly. Team Chicago will compete in the Midwest division, facing top teams from Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan, all under the direction of our professional coaching staff.

Summer 2025 Neutral Site Game Weekends

Majority of the games will be played locally, others will take place at designated neutral venues hosted by the league, we are not required to attend all of these dates. 

📍 July 12-13 – Indiana Invaders Complex (South Bend, IN)
📍 July 19-20 – Pacesetter Park (Toledo, OH)
📍 July 26-27 – Waukegan Sports Park (Waukegan, IL)

Teams & Tryouts 

Below are the age groups in which we will participate in the USL-Youth platform in our inaugural year.

Boys: 2016B, 2015B, 2014B, 2013B, 2011B, 2010B & 2009B 

Girls: 2015G, 2013G, 2012G & 2011G

Players who are interested must register for the USL-Youth program to be considered - this is not an acceptance or a commitment but merely a tryout registration (Tryout registration link below).
