Co-Executive Director currently holds USSF B, UEFA B and Coerver Licenses. Matt’s 20 years of coaching experience across various countries and cultures has given him a unique insight and passion into developing players of all abilities from professional to grass root players.

Co-Exec Director Tom Nevill holds a USSF B License as well as F.A & UEFA licenses. Tom has been involved in soccer from the grassroots to the professional level holding positions within the boys academy and also the MLS.

Joining the club in 2021 has been great for my personal development and I'll be Team Chicago's Technical Director for 2024/25 & beyond. With 10 years' experience across Chicagoland, I look forward to positively impacting the players development while providing soccer opportunities & growth in the community. 

Dean Harding is the Director of Coaching at Team Chicago SC. He holds both US 'A' and UEFA 'A' Licenses and is currently a US Coach Educator. With 25 years of coaching experience, he has previously held roles at Arsenal FC (EPL - within the Academy) and Galaxy SC (Girls Academy Director).
